Proof of charitable status or your register number is enough. Commercial events do not qualify, not even on a small budget.
Bookings without a fee
A mascot often has the strongest effect exactly where the budget is smallest. So every year we keep a fixed number of dates free for charitable work.
The preparation is identical to a paid booking. The same agreement beforehand, the same break times, the same care with your costume.
The conditions
A fixed number of dates per year
We give 10 dates a year on a voluntary basis. Once they are taken, the year is full. Ask anyway — then we plan you in for the following year.
No fee, the same standards
We charge nothing for the performance time. Preparation, agreeing the character, break planning and the way we handle your costume are no different from a paid booking.
Travel costs are covered by you
You cover the travel. On longer journeys an overnight stay is added. That is not payment but expenses — we put nothing on top.

- Give your charitable status or club register number in the message field.
- Date and location as always — then we say yes or no.
